Nikhailia Morgan
Nikhailia Morgan is a Senior Consultant for Risk Control Services at Liberty Mutual Insurance Group. She has over 7 years of experience in the insurance industry, working in the field of claims management, risk mitigation and safety.
Her career in the insurance industry began as a Claims Manager, with focus on Long Term Disability and Worker’s Compensation claims. Her passion for safety led her to the preventative side of insurance as a risk consultant. She is responsible for providing risk mitigation consultative services within the Greater New York Area. This includes risk reduction, program development, safety management, employee training, data analytics and loss source problem solving.
Nikhailia holds Bachelor’s Degrees in both Political Science and Sociology from the University of Connecticut. She is also a licensed Independent Adjuster for the State of New York.
